In this article, I will tell you how to make any folder invisible, not only the folder but also the folder name. So the Folder will be entirely invisible. No one can view the folder. Actually, the folder will become translucent.
You, your friends, or your family member might use the same computer, and you want to conceal any folder, you want to make a folder invisible, then you can use this trick. Only they can open or select the folder if they know the position where you kept the folder. So this is a very clever trick. You have to merely change the folder symbol to a Transparent icon, so nobody will be able to see it. Then you also have to hide the Folder name. So the folder will be entirely invisible. Just do follow the steps.
1. Right-click on the Folder, which you want to hide.
2. Click Properties.
3. Under the Customize tab click Change Icon…
4. You will see the Transparent Icon in the list. Now from the list of icons select Transparent Icon.
5. After selecting Transparent Icon Click OK.
6. Then Apply and OK.
The folder will be invisible. Now you have to hide the Folder name. So
7. Right-click on the folder and click Rename.
8. Press Alt and type 255 from your keyboard. You can say Alt+255.
Done! the folder will be fully invisible. Nobody can see the folder.
